1.How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon on the top right of the website.
Enter the item code you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.

2. Can I reserve my Order online?

Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.

3. How will I know if Nakoosh has received my Order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please contact at our customer service numbers (+92-21-363821072 / +92-21-36821071) during business hours 11am to 7 pm.

4. Can I modify an Order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order.

5. I am having difficulty paying online via Credit Card

1.Retry payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all Account Details, Billing Addresses and Password.

2.If that doesn’t work, checkout using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option or for international orders you can register your order my messaging us on our whatsapp number (+92-3168265453). For whatsapp order please send us the product pic along with the size required and your address and contact details.

6. How can I pay for my Order?

You can pay for your Order via three payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery – available nationwide for Orders under PKR 50,000.
  2. Online Payment – Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards.
  3. Western union. (Order via whatsapp number+92-3168265453)
  4. Bank account transfer ( order via whatsapp number +92-3168265453

7. Can I use a gift card for online purchases?

We currently do not have a gift card option available for online purchases. Gift cards can be used in our retail stores.

8. What do I do if my payment fails?

 In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any issues relating to payment failure.

9. What is the delivery time for my Order?

Your Order should be delivered within

  1. 7 to 10 days for delivery within Pakistan.
  2. 15 days for International deliveries.

10. What manner of shipping do you use?

Our packages are delivered by leading third party courier companies.

11. Can I ship my order outside Pakistan?

Yes! We ship internationally.The shipping charges may vary according to the destination and weight.

12. What should I do if I have missed my delivery?

Our courier delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, state and city while placing an Order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, your order will be returned back to our head office. You will have to contact our customer representative numbers provide your order# and if we have received your parcel back then we will ship it back to you again.

13. Can I get the Shipping or Billing Address of an Order changed after it has been processed?

To modify your Address, call us on +92-363821072 / +92-21-36821071. Please note, the address cannot not be modified after the Order has been processed because your order has already been dispatched.

14. What should I do if I have received a defected / wrong product or quantity?

You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at sales@nakoosh.com or calling us at +92-21-36821072 / +92-21-36821071 or whatsapp us at +92-3168265453 within 72 hours of delivery.

15. How can I exchange my Order?

Products can be exchanged at your nearest Nakoosh retail outlet. For international orders the product has to be sent back to us and on receiving we will ship another product.

16. Can I cancel my order after the order has been placed.

Yes! the order can be cancelled in case the order has not been processed and shipped. However, if the order has been shipped then it can't be cancelled. Please contact our customer service number +92-21-36821072 / +92-21-36821071 to cancel the order before it has been shipped.

17. Can I get a refund of my order if it has been delivered.

Unfortunately! We don't accept refunds if the order has been delivered. However, if the product is defected or of wrong size then it can be exchanged.
