Q.: Do we offer any Return Policy?

A: At www.Nakoosh.com, we want to make your return as easy as possible.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item is mailed within 20 days from the date of purchase
  • Item is not worn or used
  • Item is in its original new condition
  • Item is not washed
  • Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached

Please note that Made-to-Measure Dresses, Customized Items and Special Orders are not returnable. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured mail.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please contact us at sales@Nakoosh.com informing us of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative for you.

Refunds

You are eligible of refund as far as you meet the return criteria mentioned above.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. In addition, you may be subject to a deduction for shipping.
